In this role, you'll:
• Provide strategic insights by analysing business operations from multiple perspectives to support informed decision‑making.
• Design and maintain business architecture models (business capabilities, value streams, information maps etc.) that that guide plans to achieve strategic and operational objectives.
• Align business strategy with operations, technology, and processes to ensure cohesive and integrated outcomes.
• Apply Business Architecture practices across both enterprise‑level strategy and individual initiatives.
• Support transformation programs by connecting organisational interdependencies and enabling effective change.
• Lead and mentor stakeholders through ambiguity, influencing decisions and building strong relationships.
• Analyse complex business requirements and translate them into clear, actionable specifications and models.
• Collaborate with diverse stakeholders, managing conflicting priorities and driving alignment across the organisation.

About you
• Extensive experience applying Business Architecture frameworks such as BIZBOK.
• Familiarity with the TOGAF ADM, or other Enterprise Architecture Frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of business analysis frameworks including BABOK, OOAD/UML, BPM, and related methodologies.
• Proficient in process and decision modelling using BPMN and DMN.
• Proven ability to interpret complex business requirements and produce clear technical documentation.
• Demonstrated experience supporting business transformation and large‑scale change initiatives.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder‑management skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in fast‑changing environments while balancing project and operational demands.
