Restorative Aide - Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
- Start Date: ASAP, we have a new employee orientation class starting soon
- Orientation Note: Our New Employee Orientations are held every other Wednesday, starting at 10:30am. You will need to attend the full day.
- Hourly Wage: $17.75 - 24.25/hr + benefits
- Shift: 8 hour shifts; Days
- Schedule: 7a - 3pm, with an every-other weekend rotation

Our 120-bed Intermediate Care Facility (ICF) specializes in behavioral health, serving adults typically between the ages of 30 and 50. The most common diagnoses we support include severe depression, personality disorders, chemical dependency, and non-violent schizophrenia. Restorative Aide / Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
What you will do in this role:
The Restorative Aide (CNA) will help with coordinating restorative care for our center. You will assist residents in attaining or maintaining the highest level of physical functioning possible while working closely with our therapy team to help patients reach their clinical goals and prevent declines.
You’ll be part of a supportive, multidisciplinary team that values compassion, teamwork, and consistent quality care.
In This Role, You Will
- Provide safe, person-centered nursing care tailored to older adults’ needs
- Monitor resident progress and promptly address changes in condition
- Collaborate closely with Nurses and therapists as part of the care team
- Document care accurately using electronic health records (PCC)

Qualifications
Restorative Aide / Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
What we need from you:
- CNA certification in IL
- Restorative Aide Certification is strongly desired. Alternatively, we will consider prior experience as a Restorative CNA in a skilled nursing facility or intermediate care facility
