About this role
- $22.00 - $26.75 per hour (Union Collective Bargaining Agreement PayScale)
- Starting pay $22.00 per hour with progression to $26.75 per hour over 5 years.
- Vacation: Accrued per Union CBA Guidelines
- Paid Sick Leave: Accrued according to union CBA guidelines; medical, dental & vision after 90 calendar days of employment for full-time employees, life insurance, 401k retirement benefits, and company holidays.
- Respond to customer inquiries and concerns with timely responses and accurate information or redirecting to a supervisor.
- Comprehensive understanding of policies and procedures
- Meet or exceed established performance requirements.
- Document trip authorizations and details including transportation type, pickup times, appointment times and addresses.
- Other duties as required.
- Bilingual – Spanish speaking required.
- High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.
- Computer literate
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to operate standard telephone system.
- Subject to a DOT drug testing and physical if applicable. DOT Regulation 49 CFR Part 40 does not authorize the use of Schedule I drugs, including cannabis, for any reason.
- Must be able to work shifts or flexible work schedules as needed.
- The employee is generally subjected to long periods spent sitting, typing, or looking at a computer screen.
- Work environment will be a combination of both indoors and outdoors.
