🎯Votre mission

Onboarding & vie du collaborateur

  • Préparer l’arrivée des nouveaux talents et participer à leur intégration

  • Suivre le parcours d’onboarding et contribuer à l’améliorer en continu

Support opérationnel & administratif

  • Mettre à jour les dossiers collaborateurs et les outils RH (SIRH, ATS)

  • Gérer des demandes RH simples (absences, attestations, suivi administratif)

Développement & formation

  • Recenser les besoins de formation et aider à leur mise en œuvre

  • Contribuer au suivi des plans de développement des compétences

Projets RH & innovation

  • Participer à la communication interne et à la vie d’équipe (events, actualités RH)

  • Contribuer à des projets stratégiques : diversité & inclusion, RSE, IA appliquée aux RH

  • Réaliser une veille sur les bonnes pratiques RH et proposer des idées nouvelles

 

⛹🏽‍♂️Vos points forts

  • Étudiant(e) en Bac+3 à Bac+5 en Ressources Humaines, Droit social ou Management

  • Français et Anglais courant

  • À l’aise avec les outils digitaux (Excel, PowerPoint, outils collaboratifs, ATS, SIRH)

  • Curieux, rigoureux et doté d’un bon relationnel

  • Motivé à l’idée de découvrir toutes les facettes d’une fonction RH moderne
