experience scaling multi-country operations.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Strong preference: background in Big 4 or top-tier consulting, with demonstrated execution in complex environments.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Proven “full-stack” capability across Legal/Finance/Operations (entity setup, governance, contracts, budgeting, controls).</span></p></li><li><p><span>Hands-on experience launching new locations/offices and managing global workplace operations &amp; vendor negotiations.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Experience with IPO readiness, due diligence, audits, or public-company standard process maturity (direct or adjacent).</span></p></li><li><p><span>Strong stakeholder management and executive presence;
