Our products are used daily by millions of individuals and trusted by companies like Revolut, Binance, and CME Group.</span></p><p style="text-align:justify;"><span>We’re continuing to grow and scale our platform, and we’re looking for people who care about product quality, take ownership of their work, and want to build systems used by a global audience.</span></p><h5 style="text-align:justify;"><span><strong>About the team</strong></span></h5><p style="text-align:justify;">We are developing the Storage &amp; Enrichment layer of the backend.</p><p style="text-align:left;">Our team is responsible for everything that happens after data delivery: long-term storage, structuring, validation, enrichment, and making trading data ready for downstream services.</p><p style="text-align:left;">Thanks to our work:</p><ul><li><p>Trading data history is reliably stored and preserved across multiple layers of the infrastructure.</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Raw real-time streams are transformed into structured and enriched.</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Data consumers can access consistent, high-quality historical and derived data without dealing with low-level details.</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>The platform supports high throughput, scalability, and fault tolerance, ensuring data integrity even under peak loads.</p></li></ul><h5 style="text-align:justify;"><span><strong>Responsibilities</strong></span></h5><ul><li><p>Lead and manage the <strong>Storage &amp; Enrichment engineering team</strong>, fostering a culture of ownership, collaboration, and high technical standards.</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Drive the team’s technical roadmap for data storage, metadata management, enrichment pipelines, and platform reliability.</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Collaborate with product, data engineering, and analytics stakeholders to align delivery with business goals.</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Build and refine processes for sprint planning, delivery tracking, quality assurance, and incident response.</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Mentor engineers to help them grow in technical and leadership capabilities.</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Ensure platform components meet performance, reliability, and security requirements.</p></li></ul><h5><span><strong>What makes you the perfect fit</strong></span></h5><ul><li><p>Proven experience as an Engineering Manager or Technical Lead.</p></li><li><p>Strong backend engineering background with <strong>Go and/or Java</strong>.</p></li><li><p>Experience designing and operating <strong>high-load backend systems</strong>.</p></li><li><p>Deep understanding of relational databases, especially <strong>PostgreSQL</strong>.</p></li><li><p>Excellent communication and people management skills.</p></li></ul><p><span><strong>Will be a plus</strong></span></p><ul><li><p style="text-align:justify;"><span>Experience in finance or trading domain</span></p></li><li><p style="text-align:justify;"><span>Familiarity with TradingView as a product</span></p></li><li><p style="text-align:justify;">Experience with <strong>data governance, cataloging, and metadata frameworks</strong>.</p></li><li><p style="text-align:justify;">Background working with real-time or near-real-time data pipelines.</p></li><li><p style="text-align:justify;">Prior experience building internal developer platforms or self-service tooling.<br><br>**The role focuses on <strong>people leadership and technical direction</strong>, not on full-time coding. You will work closely with other engineering teams, especially the Transport team.
