About this role
Buscamos una persona que pueda brindar orientación sobre servicios y procesos a afiliados y proveedores.Ofrecera información y orientación sobre cubiertas de planes médico y facturación.
Responsabilidades:
- Manejar la computadora (monitor, teclado, mouse)
- Capacidad analítica
- Experiencia en servicio al cliente
- Habilidad para manejar múltiples tareas
- Manejo de reembolsos, certificaciones de cubiertas, duplicado de tarjetas y autorizaciones
Requisitos:
- Estudios realacionados en el campo
- Ingles intermedio
- Manejo de plataformas de Microsoft Office
Salario: $12.00 p/h
Horario: Lunes a Viernes 8:30am - 5pm
