About this role
Toyota Motor Philippines is seeking a Yard Planner to join our Vehicle Logistics Department located in Sta. Rosa, Laguna.
As a Yard Planner, you will play a vital role in ensuring effective yard space planning and coordination between production output, delivery schedules, and logistics operations.
Your Role and Responsibilities
- Plan and allocate parking spaces in the yard based on daily production output and delivery schedules.
- Monitor yard capacity utilization to ensure efficient use of available space.
- Simulate space requirements based on production and sales plans.
- Ensure maintenance of accurate records of vehicle status, location, and movement.
- Maintain good communication with suppliers to support yard and logistics functions.
- Coordinate manpower requirements and work schedules with logistics service providers.
- Provide yard status and stock condition reports to management and relevant departments.

- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or Business Management.
- Strong competencies in planning, organizing, and decision-making.
- Highly detail-oriented with excellent time management skills.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proactive mindset and ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
- Experience or exposure in supply chain functions and processes is an advantage.
- Knowledge of or exposure to SAP is nice to have.
