Job Summary:
South Dade Toyota is seeking a hardworking and highly motivated Part-Time/Full Time Sales Greeter and Operator to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in welcoming customers, providing them with a memorable experience, and assisting Product Specialists in delivering consistent service. The role also involves handling customer inquiries and supporting day-to-day dealership operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers as they enter the dealership, determining the purpose of their visit
• Answer basic customer questions and refer more complex inquiries to the appropriate team member
• Record and register customer demographic information using the Smartpath system
• Direct customers to the correct department and notify the appropriate Product Specialist or introduce them directly
• Process payments as required using CDK System
• Maintain the front desk calendar in collaboration with the Sales Manager, arranging shift coverage when needed

• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and work outdoors as needed
• Successful completion of pre-employment background check and drug screening
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required
• Shift Schedule: This position requires availability to work on weekends.
