About this role

Job Summary

Work Schedule: M-F 8A-4:30P; every 4th weekend; holiday rotation 

  • The Scheduler is responsible for coordinating and overseeing the assigning and scheduling of visits for a multi-disciplinary team of Nurses, Therapists, Social Workers, and Home Health Aides for Tower Health at Home. 
  • Monitors productivity, missed visits, changes to the established schedule, and adherence to visit frequency established on the plan of care.
  • The Scheduler must be adaptable to meet the daily challenges of meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment using sound judgement and quick thinking to manage last-minute schedule changes, and health and weather emergencies.

Education Requirements

  • Completes and maintains all competencies and trainings as required for role.
  • High School Diploma - OR - GED - OR - Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of education
