About this role

Job Summary

A Physical Therapist will be responsible for the assessment of functional status, treatment planning, therapeutic interventions, re-assessment, and discharge planning of patients with physical deficits referred for Physical Therapy Services. The Physical Therapy will work as a team member within the hospital. The Physical Therapist will also participate in program development, quality improvement, problem solving, and productivity improvement in a flexible interdisciplinary fashion.

Education Requirements

  • Doctorate Degree - OR - combination of relevant education & experience may be considered in lieu of Doctorate Degree

Certification and Licensure

  • PA Physical Therapy License
  • BLS Certification
