About this role
Touchmark at Mount Bachelor Village located at 19800 SW Touchmark Way is hiring our next amazing full-time Dining Server and Pub Bartender to join our dynamic, compassionate team at our award-winning senior living community!
The schedule we need covered is:
Monday and Tuesday breakfast/lunch server from 7:00am - 2:30pm
Saturday and Sunday PM Bartender, lunch/dinner shifts and another PM bar shift during the week (TBD)
Starting wage $19.50 per hour (or more depending on experience) with the opportunity for increases and growth! Please note that this is a non-gratuitous position.
This is a benefit-eligible position. Weekday, weekend, and holiday availability is needed.
As a Bartender and Server, you will serve our wonderful residents through a variety of dining activities, creating a top-notch experience and ensuring that their health, safety and well-being are protected at all times. Our Servers are passionate about the senior population and strive each day to enrich their lives.
*All team members are eligible for paid time off, access to 401K plans and double-time pay on holidays. We have guaranteed hours, no late nights, and a welcoming, supportive culture too!
Ideal candidates must have a heart for serving others, as well as:
- A commitment to Touchmark’s values (Excellence, Teamwork, Hospitality, Integrity, Compassion), as well as a desire to model these values and to encourage others to be allies, friends, and givers
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- A passion for hospitality and service in a rewarding environment
- A genuine interest in caring for the senior population and working in a geriatric environment, performing a variety of care activities to keep people healthy and safe
- The willingness to continue learning and improving skills, as well as a commitment to confidentiality
- The ability to maintain patient and tactful composure when dealing with residents, family members, and guests
- Reliable
- Be able to read, write, and speak English
- Must be 18 years old older
- Experience preferred, but not required. We will train the right person!
