Starting pay $16.00 - $18.00 per hour - FULL-TIME plus BENEFITS
pay is based on experience and will be more for experienced servers
Must be open to working some weekends and holidays

As a Dining Room Server, you will enrich lives each day by taking orders, serving meals, and providing a friendly, inviting, and quality dining experience for residents and guests. You will also serve at special events and catered functions.
The ideal candidate will:
- Be committed to and passionate about quality standards and customer service
- Server and barista experience a plus
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude when dealing with all residents, guests and team members
- Possess a valid food handler’s card
- Possess a Title 4 Basic Alcohol Training Certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Basic computer knowledge and experience
- Have a commitment to Touchmark’s values (hospitality, compassion, excellence, teamwork, and integrity), as well as a desire to model these values and to encourage others to be allies, friends, and givers
- Have a genuine interest in working in a role that directly impacts the lives of seniors
