If so, we would like to talk to you about joining our growing team as the Resident Services Manager.
As the Resident Services/Concierge Manager for Touchmark in the West Hills, you will oversee the hiring, training, and supervision of the concierge, transportation, valet, and front desk reception team members, and ensure that each person has the power to contribute to an amazing resident and guest experience. You and your team of hospitality-gurus will provide amenities such as scheduling services (maintenance, personal transportation, etc.), assisting in problem-solving special requests (clothing needs, voting, letter writing, etc.), coordinating with other teams to support residents and their families through the move-in process, and overseeing mail and parcel operations, including newspaper and similar deliveries within the community.
