Touchmark at Mt. Bachelor Village, located at 19800 SW Touchmark Way, along the beautiful Deschutes River, is currently looking for an experienced, dynamic, results-driven, and service-oriented Dining Services Manager at our award-winning senior living resort community.

Starting wage: $27.00/hr, or more, depending on experience, benefit eligible
As the Dining Services Manager, you will report to and work closely with the Dining Services Director to ensure each resident and guest's needs are being met each day. You will have the continual chance to positively impact lives by ensuring that every Touchmark resident and guest always has an exceptional dining experience. You will hire, lead, mentor, train, and develop our team of dining room staff, teaching them proper dining room etiquette and steps of service, meal handling procedures, and customer service skills so that every experience in our dining room meets and exceeds the Touchmark Gold Standard. You will also be responsible for scheduling and administrative tasks as needed.
