From the atelier in Stockholm, we create collections spanning ready-to-wear, shoes, bags, accessories and jewelry.</p><p><strong>The Role</strong></p><p>TOTEME is looking for a Sales Advisor to join our store team at Samaritaine in Paris. In this role you will act as a brand ambassador, providing excellent service and building long-term relationships with our customers and driving business in all aspects, from sales to brand building. You will report to the Store Manager.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li><p>Build and nurture strong client relationships to drive loyalty, engagement, and an elevated shopping experience.</p></li><li><p>Work both independently and collaboratively to support daily operations and achieve sales targets.</p></li><li><p>Engage in merchandising and styling to maintain a visually compelling store environment.</p></li><li><p>Plan and execute daily store operations.</p></li><li><p>Work towards company standards and goals.</p></li><li><p>Participate in and contribute to TOTEME’s social and environmental sustainability strategy.</p></li></ul><p><strong>Your profile</strong></p><ul><li><p>Previous experience in high-end service with a strong lifestyle brand.</p></li><li><p>Proven success in delivering outstanding customer service, clienteling, and exceeding sales goals.</p></li><li><p>Strong understanding of fashion, styling, and brand storytelling.</p></li><li><p>Fluent in English and French (both written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.</p></li></ul><p><strong>About you</strong></p><ul><li><p>A dedicated TOTEME ambassador who embodies our culture and values.</p></li><li><p>Genuinely curious about people and motivated to understand our client base.</p></li><li><p>Passionate about delivering a luxury experience and exceeding client expectations.</p></li><li><p>Driven and results-oriented with a proactive and positive mindset.</p></li><li><p>Highly organized and structured with an eye for detail.</p></li><li><p>Available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.</p></li></ul><p>This is a full-time position (35h/weekly) based at TOTEME’s store in Samaritaine in Paris, starting as soon as possible. </p><p>TOTEME has teams in Stockholm, London, New York, and Shanghai, as well as retail spaces across Europe, North America, and Asia.
