From the atelier in Stockholm, we create collections spanning ready-to-wear, shoes, bags, accessories and jewelry.</p><p><strong>The Role</strong></p><p>TOTEME is looking for a Client Services Advisor to join the team in Stockholm full-time. In this role you will act as a first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional, personalized customer service across our digital channels, and building strong relationships with our customers to enhance their loyalty and contribute to the company’s overall success. You will report to the Ecommerce Customer Service Manager.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li><p>Deliver exceptional and timely service to our customers through various client channels, including email, live chat and phone.</p></li><li><p>Build lasting customer relationships through follow-up communication, clienteling actions, and proactive sales initiatives that support the achievement of company targets. </p></li><li><p>Share customer insights and escalate any priority issues to the appropriate departments for resolution.</p></li><li><p>Support a clienteling and client development agenda, rooted in exceptional service and sales support.</p></li><li><p>Be a foundational part of the Commercial team, driving sales performance and furthering the organization’s performance goals. </p></li><li><p>Participate in and contribute to TOTEME’s social and environmental sustainability strategy.</p></li></ul><p><strong>Your Profile</strong></p><ul><li><p>Previous experience in online customer service and/or a customer-facing role in a fashion or lifestyle company.</p></li><li><p>A strong preference for candidates with a proven track record of managing a client book and driving client-facing sales in a retail or ecommerce environment.</p></li><li><p>Familiar with fast-paced environments and resolving high ticket volumes efficiently.</p></li><li><p>Digitally savvy, with the ability to learn new systems quickly.</p></li><li><p>Knowledge of platforms like Zendesk and/or other e-commerce systems is an advantage.</p></li><li><p>Fluent in English; proficiency in Japanese, German, French or Korean is a strong advantage.</p></li></ul><p><strong>About You</strong></p><ul><li><p>Passionate about TOTEME with an understanding of the brand and our products.</p></li><li><p>Committed to customer satisfaction.</p></li><li><p>Eager to connect with customers to build relationships and drive sales.</p></li><li><p>Reliable, responsible and punctual.</p></li><li><p>Strong verbal and written communication skills.</p></li><li><p>Self-motivated with a hands-on attitude.</p></li></ul><p>This is a full-time position based at our Stockholm Head office, with a start date by agreement. </p><p>TOTEME has teams in Stockholm, London, New York, and Shanghai, as well as retail spaces across Europe, North America, and Asia.
