The Wholesale Account Supervisor leads daily wholesale operations and oversees the Wholesale Account Representative team to ensure accurate fulfillment, exceptional service, and efficient delivery execution. This role manages wholesale accounts, order workflows, dispatching, communication, and fulfillment accuracy with a high degree of autonomy and strategic responsibility. The Supervisor also supports new business growth by canvassing potential wholesale partners and may occasionally step in to execute deliveries when business needs require. This role drives cross-functional alignment, leads operational improvements, and devises innovative solutions to complex challenges across the wholesale function.
Lead and develop the Wholesale Account Representative team, providing coaching, performance management, and operational direction.
Oversee wholesale account management, including account updates, delivery schedules, pricing/route changes, and relationship support.
Manage the full order lifecycle, order intake, communication, edits, problem resolution, and service recovery across all order channels.
Ensure accurate and timely fulfillment and dispatching, optimizing order flow and partnering across teams to support on-time delivery.
Support new business acquisition by canvassing potential wholesale clients and conducting on-site visits to evaluate opportunities.
Provide operational continuity by making deliveries or assisting with route coverage during unexpected absences or business need.
Drive cross-functional collaboration with Store Leadership, Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, and Merchandising to resolve issues and enhance operations.
Identify and implement process improvements, driving efficiency, accuracy, and service excellence across wholesale workflows.
5–8 years of experience in wholesale operations, account management, logistics, or a related field.
Demonstrated experience leading teams and owning complex operational workflows.
Advanced problem-solving and decision-making skills; able to operate independently in non-routine situations.
Strong communication and client relationship skills.
Proficiency with order management systems and standard business applications.
Ability to meet all driving and compliance requirements.
