We move fast, lead with accountability, grow through challenges, and bring positive energy into everything we do.</p><p>Join us and be part of a global, collaborative team where trust and innovation drive everything we do.</p><p><strong>ABOUT THE ROLE</strong></p><p><strong>Job Summary:</strong></p><p>The Warehouse supervisor<strong> </strong>will be responsible for supervising daily warehouse activities including inventory/stock control, local procurement, space management, logistics, floor productivity, storage, and shipping.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction through excellence in receiving, identifying, dispatching, and assuring quality of goods.</p></li><li><p>Schedule and oversee warehouse team and manage the flow and quality of work to maximize efficiency and minimize overtime.</p></li><li><p>Develop warehouse operations systems by determining product handling and storage requirements, equipment utilization, inventory, gate processes, and shipping methods.</p></li><li><p>Oversee daily operations while controlling and managing inventory and logistics.</p></li><li><p>Responsible to Maintain Forklift and other equipment in working condition and arrange periodic maintenance.</p></li><li><p>Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by establishing and enforcing safety standards and procedures and by complying with local legal regulations.</p></li><li><p>Oversee and manage logistics for transporting products to customers and company facilities, communicating with drivers and partners to ensure efficient delivery of packages.</p></li><li><p>Conducts weekly Inventory audits and maintain No discrepancy in stock.</p></li><li><p>Forecast supply and demand to prevent overstocking and running out-of-stock.</p></li><li><p>Place orders to replenish supply as needed.</p></li><li><p>Track shipments and address any delays.</p></li><li><p>Oversee storage of products, particularly of fragile items and special care needed items.</p></li><li><p>Evaluate local suppliers’ offers and negotiate profitable deals.</p></li><li><p>Liaise with warehouse staff and other internal teams to test products’ quality (status upon delivery and storage conditions)</p></li><li><p>Keep updated inventory records (including daily shipments)</p></li><li><p>Ensure purchases do not exceed budget.</p></li></ul><div><div><p><strong>About You</strong></p></div><div><p><strong>Qualifications &amp; Experience:</strong></p><ul><li><p>A Degree or an Equivalent training in Stores, Warehouse Management from a recognized institution.</p></li><li><p>A minimum of 3+ years in warehouse/Procurement in charge experience.</p></li><li><p>Direct Supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus.</p></li><li><p>A “COC” completion certification is a plus.</p></li></ul><p><strong>Job Competencies</strong></p><ul><li><p>Critical thinking</p></li><li><p>Analyzing, problem solving skills</p></li><li><p>Decision-making</p></li><li><p>Communication skills</p></li><li><p>Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.</p></li></ul><p><strong>Management Competencies</strong></p><ul><li><p>Leadership skills</p></li><li><p>Relationship management</p></li><li><p>Coaching and developing skills</p></li></ul><p><strong>Core Competencies</strong></p><ul><li><p>Flexibility</p></li><li><p>Accountability</p></li><li><p>Integrity</p></li><li><p>Teamwork</p></li></ul><p><strong>Language requirements:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Fluent in <strong><em>Amharic</em></strong> (Write and Verbal is mandatory)</p></li><li><p>English knowledge is a plus</p></li></ul><p></p></div></div><div><div><p><strong>Requirement Skill</strong></p></div><div><ul><li><p><span>Decision-making skills</span></p></li><li><p><span>Attention to detail</span></p></li></ul><p><strong>NOTES-</strong></p><ul><li><p>The Position is open to Ethiopian Nationals only.</p></li><li><p>The placement date for the position shall be effective <strong>March 2026GC.</strong></p></li><li><p><strong>Location</strong> – TSE Factory, Addis Ababa, Ethiopia</p></li><li><p><strong>Salary</strong> – Attractive</p></li><li><p><strong>Application Period</strong> – 07 days from the date of post.</p></li><li><p>All the applicants must be based locally and have the rights to work in Ethiopia.</p></li><li><p>All applicants must attach relevant educational, experience testimonials, project and Training Certifications in a<strong> PDF format </strong>to the specified email.</p></li></ul><p><strong><br></strong></p></div></div><p><em>TOPPAN is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
