We move fast, lead with accountability, grow through challenges, and bring positive energy into everything we do.</p><p>Join us and be part of a global, collaborative team where trust and innovation drive everything we do.</p><p><strong>ABOUT THE ROLE</strong></p><p><span style="font-size:11pt;line-height:115%;font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;, serif;">The Supply Chain and Material planner will be responsible for the coordination and execution of all activities related to the planning and purchase of excipients, devices and components. </span></p><p><span style="font-size:11pt;line-height:115%;font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;, serif;">The Supply Chain and Material planner will also be responsible for the operational supply chain, covering procurement, expediting and logistics.</span><span style="">&nbsp;</span></p><p><span style="font-size:11pt;line-height:115%;font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;, serif;">This role will form an integral part of a team which optimizes the flow of materials (order to release) while considering warehouse capacities and inventory targets.</span></p><p><span style="font-size:11pt;line-height:115%;font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;, serif;">This individual will collaborate closely with finance, legal, project managers, global supply chain, engineering and operations.</span></p><p><strong>Main missions:</strong></p><ol><li><p><span><strong>Material Planner</strong></span></p></li></ol><ul><li><p><span>Ensuring full procurement process is properly conducted from creating suppliers, creating part numbers, raising POs, placing POs to supplier, receiving payment by collaborating with technical team, supply chain managers, global planner, category manager and finance.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Collaborating with the category manager, coordinating &amp; managing the supplier with supplier agreements and contracts put in place when &amp; where applicable. Identifying potential constraints and interface between supplier and key internal stakeholders to ensure issue resolution</span></p></li><li><p><span>Planning material delivery schedules with suppliers in alignment with the global planner to meet sales requirements.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Maintaining Raw Materials and Component inventories within target, while minimizing excess, obsolete and expired materials</span></p></li><li><p><span>Partnering with Category Manager to drive Supplier performance improvement, including quality and on-time delivery in line with production requirements.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Pro-actively support resolution of invoice queries by being the main interface to finance</span></p></li></ul><p><span><strong>2.&nbsp;Supply Chain</strong></span></p><ul><li><p style="text-align:justify;"><span>Supply Chain lead for designated projects</span></p></li><li><p style="text-align:justify;"><span>Build the Supply Chain Project Plan, global cost model &amp; the project cashflow for decision making</span></p></li><li><p style="text-align:justify;"><span>Manage the procurement of raw materials with vendors and plan production with manufacturers to ensure on time &amp; in full delivery</span></p></li><li><p style="text-align:justify;"><span>Challenge material and production costs &amp; lead times (raw materials, shipping, inventory, …)</span></p></li><li><p style="text-align:justify;"><span>Coordinate shipping of goods in cooperation with the global and local freight manager.</span></p></li><li><p style="text-align:justify;"><span>Track actual supply, production &amp; shipment vs planned</span></p></li><li><p style="text-align:justify;"><span>Ensure ERP system is properly updated</span></p></li></ul><p><span><strong>3.
