We move fast, lead with accountability, grow through challenges, and bring positive energy into everything we do.</p><p>Join us and be part of a global, collaborative team where trust and innovation drive everything we do.</p><p><strong>ABOUT THE ROLE</strong></p><p><span style="">As the Solutions QA Engineer, you will be responsible for testing solutions (internal and 3rd party) ensuring solutions are fit for purpose and use.</span></p><p><span><strong>As our </strong></span><strong>Solutions QA Engineer</strong><span><strong>, you’ll support Toppan Security’s success&nbsp;by:</strong>&nbsp;</span></p><ul><li><p><span>Collaborating with developers and QA teams to translate software requirements into test cases and develop comprehensive test plans.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Investigating and troubleshooting defects, working closely with the development team to ensure timely resolutions and monitor progress.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Driving product excellence by rigorously testing and validating features to meet performance, reliability, and security standards.</span></p></li></ul><p><strong>Main missions:</strong></p><ul><li><p><span>Design, develop, and execute test cases based on requirements and specifications.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Perform manual and/or automated testing of applications.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Leverage AI-powered tools to enhance test case design, defect analysis, and test coverage optimization.</span></p></li><li><p style="text-align:justify;"><span>Expertise in Test automation. Python scripting using WebWeaver preferred.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Report and track defects using tools like JIRA or similar.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Work closely with developers, business analysts, and other stakeholders.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Participate in test planning, estimations, and review meetings.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Provide demo to customers, training to end users, and knowledge sharing internally.</span></p></li><li><p style="text-align:justify;"><span>Ensure quality standards and best practices are maintained.</span></p></li><li><p style="text-align:justify;"><span>Travel to customer sites (International) for leading CAT and Go-Live activities.</span></p></li><li><p style="text-align:justify;"><span>Thorough understanding of Agile Scrum Process.</span><br></p></li></ul><p><strong>ABOUT YOU <br></strong></p><ul><li><p>You are/have:<br><span>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or have equivalent experience.</span></p></li><li><p><span>5+ years of experience in software testing. QA Certification is a plus.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Strong knowledge of testing methodologies and defect life cycle.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Experience with test management and bug tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail, ADO).</span></p></li><li><p><span>Good communication and documentation skills.</span></p></li></ul><p style="text-align:justify;"><span><strong>Language Skills </strong>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</span></p><ul><li><p style="text-align:justify;"><span>Ability to effectively communicate in the English language, both verbally and in writing.
