Following determined safety and efficiency procedures to ensure that operations run smoothly.</p><p><strong>Job Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Receives the order, plan and instructions from shift supervisor and set up the machine as per requirements.</p></li><li><p>Perform daily machine cleanings before and after shift and ensure all safety and traceability devices are enabled.</p></li><li><p>Ensure exact materials are used as per the production work order.</p></li><li><p>Follow procedures, work instructions and guidelines to ensure the assembled products meet the required quality standards.</p></li><li><p>Follow up with the production supervisor and quality team for first set approval before starting the shift production.</p></li><li><p>Fills all forms and information on time without mistakes related to quality approvals and process parameters daily basis.</p></li><li><p>Accurate record-keeping of material usage with batch controls, material wastage, production quantities of goods and defects.</p></li><li><p>During machine stops or restart, always verify that the new assembled product is in sequence with the last assembled product.</p></li><li><p>To ensure product quality, assembly operators constantly validate the components and final products.
