Job Description

Your Responsibilities

As a Mass Save Crew Chief, you will be responsible for all aspects of the installation of weatherization products such as insulation, roof vents, duct sealing, etc. while working in various locations throughout the home including crawlspaces and attics while adhering to Mass Save standards as well as communicating with homeowners directly while working in their home.

• Review your daily work schedule and ensure truck is loaded with all product(s), tools and equipment for the day.

• Complete vehicle safety and job site inspections.

• Safely unload and stage material at job site.

• Report safety, customer or quality concerns. 

• Perform warehouse-related duties as required.

• Any other duty, task, or responsibilities as assigned.

Your Qualifications

• Minimum of 18 years of age.

• If operating a vehicle for company purposes, a valid driver's license is required.

• Crew Chief certification

• Lead Safe certificate

• Ability to work in confined spaces.

• Ability to work safely on ladders.

THIS IS A SAFETY SENSITIVE POSITION

Travel Requirements

Type of Travel Required:  Local

Out of town travel as required.

Daily travel to job sites.

Physical Requirements

This role requires prolonged standing and repetitive motions, including bending, stooping, pushing, and pulling. Role also requires good hand-eye coordination, hand dexterity, and physical strength. The position involves lifting up to 50 pounds, depending on the specific job duties.

Compensation Range

The actual base salary a successful candidate will be offered within this range will vary based on factors relevant to the position.
