<p>Gestionar y desarrollar la cadena Walmart en todos sus formatos de supermercados, asegurando el cumplimiento de objetivos de ventas (Sell In y Sell Out), rentabilidad y participación de mercado. Implementar estrategias de negociación, Trade Marketing y gestión de portafolio para optimizar el desempeño comercial en cada cuenta. Responsable de la ejecución del modelo de <em>Tienda Perfecta</em> en los puntos de venta, coordinando con los equipos de Trade Marketing y Mercadeo. Liderar y coordinar los procesos de CPFR para garantizar un reabastecimiento eficiente en los puntos de venta.</p><p><strong>Requisitos del puesto: </strong></p><ul><li><p>Profesional en administración, mercadeo, ventas o carrera afín.<span style="">&nbsp;</span> </p></li><li><p>Contar de 3 a 5 años de experiencia en ventas<span style="">&nbsp;</span> Ideal contar con experiencia llevando la cuenta Walmart y utilizando Retail Link. </p></li><li><p>Deseable nivel de inglés intermedio. </p></li><li><p>Dominio de Excel intermedio y uso de Tableau para lectura de informes. </p></li><li><p>Persona con fuertes habilidades de negociación, capacidad de análisis, planificación y resolución.</p></li></ul>
