<p>Responsable de apoyar a la Gerencia de Mercadeo en el análisis de oportunidades y ejecución de planes de marca, asegurando el cumplimiento de objetivos de ventas y rentabilidad mediante la gestión integral del negocio y el liderazgo de equipos comerciales y de soporte.</p><p></p><p>Requisitos del puesto:</p><ul><li><p>Profesional en Mercadeo, Administración, Ingeniería Industrial o afines (deseable licenciatura).</p></li><li><p>Postgrado o especialización en áreas relacionadas (deseable). </p></li><li><p>5+ años de experiencia en gestión de marcas, consumo masivo o retail.</p></li><li><p>Conocimientos sólidos en desarrollo de marca, investigación de mercados, desarrollo de promociones, desarrollo de material y activación de punto de venta.</p></li><li><p>Conocimiento en marketing digital.</p></li><li><p>Experiencia en consumo masivo, categoría de alimentos.</p></li><li><p>Inglés avanzado es INDISPENSABLE</p></li><li><p>Alta orientación a resultados, pensamiento estratégico y liderazgo transversal.</p></li><li><p>Contar con licencia B1 y vehículo propio</p></li></ul>
