<p><strong>Objetivo del puesto:</strong></p><p>Planificar, supervisar, controlar y dirigir la construcción de la obra electromecánica; con el fin de, cumplir con los estándares de calidad y los tiempos propuestos en la oferta inicial, así como llevar control presupuestario de la obra y la adecuada relación con el cliente, inspección y propietario.</p><p><strong>Requisitos:</strong></p><p><strong>Requisitos del puesto:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Licenciatura Ingeniería Electromecánica, Mantenimiento Industrial, Eléctrica o Mecánica. </p></li><li><p>Deseable Maestría en Administración de Empresas (MBA) o Dirección de Proyectos.</p></li><li><p>Experiencia mínima de 7 años en empresas del sector construcción electromecánica en obras medianas a grandes.</p></li><li><p>Conocimiento en gestión de proyectos bajo metodologías como PMI o similares. Dominio del software Project Manager, AutoCAD y con conocimiento en Revit.</p></li><li><p>Inglés nivel intermedio.</p></li><li><p>Persona con liderazgo, capacidad de análisis, toma de decisiones y orientación a resultados.</p></li></ul>
