<p><span><strong>Objetivo del puesto:</strong></span></p><p><span>Liderar integralmente la gestión financiera, contable y administrativa de la organización, actuando como socio estratégico para los socios en la definición y ejecución de la estrategia del negocio. Garantizar la solidez financiera, el cumplimiento normativo y la confiabilidad de la información, asegurando estados financieros oportunos y de alta calidad para la toma de decisiones.</span></p><p style="text-align:justify;"><span>Impulsar la planificación financiera, presupuestaria y de inversiones, así como el análisis de rentabilidad, eficiencia y riesgo, transformando los datos financieros en insights accionables que respalden el crecimiento sostenible, la optimización de recursos y la creación de valor a largo plazo.</span></p><p style="text-align:justify;"><strong>Requisitos:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Licenciatura en Contabilidad.</p></li><li><p>Deseable: Maestría en Finanzas/ MBA.</p></li><li><p>Deseable: Especializaciones tributarias o financieras.</p></li><li><p>Experiencia de 5 a 7 años en adelante en posiciones similares.</p></li><li><p>CPA.</p></li><li><p>Inglés intermedio-avanzado.</p></li><li><p>Persona con visión estratégica, liderazgo, toma de decisiones y planificación.</p></li></ul>
