<p><span style="font-family:Lato, sans-serif;">En <strong>Top Talent</strong> estamos creciendo y buscamos incorporar a nuestro equipo a una persona con alto potencial, curiosidad profesional, con interés en desarrollarse en el mundo de la consultoría estratégica y generar impacto en organizaciones locales y regionales.</span></p><p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-family:Lato, sans-serif;">La posición brinda soporte en proyectos de planificación estratégica de RRHH, rediseño organizacional, modelos de gestión, esquemas de compensación variable y servicios de outsourcing, asegurando la calidad de los entregables y una experiencia positiva para nuestros clientes.</span></p><p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-family:Lato, sans-serif;"><strong>Perfil requerido</strong></span></p><ul style="margin-top:0cm;"><li class="MsoNormal" style=""><p><span style="font-family:Lato, sans-serif;">Estudios universitarios en curso en Administración de Empresas o Ingeniería Industrial.</span></p></li><li class="MsoNormal" style=""><p><span style="font-family:Lato, sans-serif;">1 a 2 años de experiencia en roles de soporte o asistencia en Recursos Humanos.</span></p></li><li class="MsoNormal" style=""><p><span style="font-family:Lato, sans-serif;">Conocimiento del ciclo completo de RRHH.</span></p></li><li class="MsoNormal" style=""><p><span style="font-family:Lato, sans-serif;">Manejo de Microsoft Office; herramientas de IA y Power BI (deseable).</span></p></li><li class="MsoNormal" style=""><p><span style="font-family:Lato, sans-serif;">Inglés intermedio–alto.</span></p></li><li class="MsoNormal" style=""><p><span style="font-family:Lato, sans-serif;">Pensamiento estratégico, capacidad de análisis, enfoque en el cliente y adaptabilidad a contextos diversos.</span></p></li></ul>
