About this role
<p>Firma Legal se encuentra en la búsqueda de un(a) Asociado(a) Junior para integrarse a su práctica de Derecho Inmobiliario (Real Estate).</p><p>La persona que ocupe el puesto deberá brindar soporte legal integral en proyectos inmobiliarios, trabajando de la mano con un Asociado Senior y participando activamente en la gestión de casos y desarrollo de nuevas líneas de negocio, en un entorno exigente, dinámico y altamente profesional.</p><p><strong>Requisitos:</strong></p><ul><li><p><span>Licenciatura en Derecho</span></p></li><li><p><span>Incorporado(a) al Colegio de Abogados y Abogadas de Costa Rica</span></p></li><li><p><span>Entre 3 y 4 años de experiencia en Real Estate</span></p></li><li><p><span>Experiencia en transacciones inmobiliarias y gestión documental legal</span></p></li><li><p><span>Inglés avanzado (C2) – fundamental</span></p></li><li><p><span>Licencia de conducir</span></p></li><li><p><span>Disponibilidad para laborar de manera presencial y para trasladarse según se requiera </span></p></li><li><p><span>Persona con excelentes habilidades de comunicación, servicio al cliente, planificación, organización y orientación a resultados.</span></p></li></ul>
