You’ll play a critical role in bringing ideas to life by preparing, adapting, and finalizing creative materials while ensuring brand consistency, accessibility, and technical accuracy. While the range is competitive for in-house and mid-sized teams, final compensation will be determined based on a candidate’s skills, experience, and the value they bring to the role, with flexibility to recognize unique strengths and expertise.</em></p><p><strong>Location:</strong> (3 days per week in office, 2 days remote)</p><ul><li><p><strong>Schaumburg, IL</strong></p></li><li><p><strong>Irving, TX</strong></p></li></ul><p><strong>What You’ll Do:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Prepare, adapt, and finalize creative files for production across both print and digital channels.</p></li><li><p>Ensure all deliverables meet brand standards, production specifications, and accessibility requirements.</p></li><li><p>Execute versioning, resizing, formatting, and adaptation of assets for multiple platforms and audiences.</p></li><li><p>Conduct thorough quality checks on all files to ensure accuracy, consistency, and visual polish before release.</p></li><li><p>Maintain organized asset libraries, version control systems, and production documentation.</p></li><li><p>Collaborate with designers, copywriters, developers, and project managers to support the timely and accurate delivery of projects.</p></li><li><p>Manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing speed with precision under tight deadlines.</p></li><li><p>Apply knowledge of printing processes, templates, and press-ready file preparation for high-quality print production.</p></li><li><p>Support the implementation and maintenance of design systems and component libraries.</p></li><li><p>Stay up to date with production tools, techniques, and accessibility standards, proactively sharing insights with the team.</p></li></ul><p><strong>Who You Are:</strong></p><ul><li><p>5+ years of professional experience in graphic or production design.</p></li><li><p>Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.</p></li><li><p>Proficiency in Figma, including experience with components, auto layout, libraries, and collaborative design workflows.</p></li><li><p>Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign).</p></li><li><p>Strong understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.</p></li><li><p>Deep knowledge of print production specifications and experience preparing press-ready files.</p></li><li><p>Experienced in digital asset preparation for email, web, and other online platforms.</p></li><li><p>Skilled in applying ADA accessibility standards to digital deliverables.</p></li><li><p>Meticulous attention to detail with a keen eye for quality, consistency, and visual polish.</p></li><li><p>Excellent organizational, project management, and communication skills.</p></li><li><p>Able to balance multiple priorities, adapt to evolving deadlines, and deliver under pressure.</p></li><li><p>Collaborative, proactive, and eager to contribute to a creative team environment.</p></li><li><p><strong>Must have agency experience.</strong></p></li><li><p><strong>An online portfolio or portfolio website demonstrating both print and digital production work is required.</strong></p></li></ul><p><strong>Feeling a little unsure if you ticked all the boxes?
