We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Sales Engineer to join our global team.

As a Sales Engineer, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth by providing technical expertise and support throughout the sales cycle. This position requires a strong understanding of technologies, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

in this role you would:

  • Serve as the subject matter expert on our products.
  • Work closely with the sales team to understand customer requirements and develop tailored technical solutions and presentations to address their needs.
  • Conduct compelling product demonstrations and proof-of-concepts to showcase the capabilities and value proposition of our products.
  • Help prepare proposals, RFP responses, and technical documentation to support the sales process.
  • Post-Sales Support: Collaborate with the Customer Success and R&D teams to ensure a smooth transition from sales to deployment, and address any technical issues or concerns raised by customers.
  • Provide Product and R&D teams with customer feedback to help identify potential new features or product enhancements.
  • Responsibility for the maintenance of the Sales internal demo systems

Requirements

  • 3+ years of proven work experience in a Technical Sales, or Pre-sales Engineer role within the High-Tech industry (Cyber domain Advantage) / Experience working in intelligence agencies or related environments is highly desirable.
  • An ability to identify and understand customer needs and suggest timely solutions.
  • Understanding of networking topologies and terminology, router configuration, SSH, tunnels and certificates.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to articulate effectively.
  • Technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to cope with stressful situations with a positive attitude.
  • Ability to travel as needed to support customer meetings, conferences, and events. 25-50% travel.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.

Advantages

  • Strong foundation in cybersecurity principles and practices (e.g., building a security architecture for a network, proficiency with Kali Linux).
  • Knowledge of cloud computing and virtualization technology such as Vmware.
  • Knowledge of Kubernetes container technology.
  • Experience with cloud providers such as AWS, Google Cloud, and Azure.
  • Multilingual proficiency is an advantage.
  • BSc degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
