Overview
Mission Obstetrics & Gynecology | Warren, MI
Mission Obstetrics & Gynecology is seeking a full-time, experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our established, physician-led OB/GYN practice. This role focuses on outpatient women’s health and gynecologic care in a collaborative private practice setting.
Position Summary
The APP will provide comprehensive women’s health care with a high degree of autonomy while working closely with OB/GYN physicians and a tenured clinical support team. Scope and schedule are predictable and outpatient-focused.
Primary Responsibilities
- Conduct well-woman exams and preventative visits
- Evaluate and manage gynecologic conditions
- Provide contraceptive counseling and management
- Manage menopause-related care
- Support prenatal and postpartum patient care as appropriate
- Perform in-office procedures, including:
- IUD and contraceptive implant placement/removal
- Colposcopies (optional)
- NSTs
- Document care in the EMR and collaborate with physicians as needed
Schedule
- Full-time 5 days, weekday clinic schedule
- No weekends or call required
- Consistent, family-friendly workflow
Practice Details
- Location: Warren, MI (willingness to travel to future satellite required)
- Physician Team: 6 OB/GYN physicians with plan to expand in 2026
- Experienced nursing, MA, and administrative support
Qualifications
- Licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
- Prior OB/GYN or women’s health experience required
- Strong clinical judgment and ability to practice independently within scope
- Team-oriented with strong communication skills
