About this role
Overview
Southern Women's Health, a practice partner of Together Women’s Health (TWH), an industry leading network of medical providers in the women’s health field, is adding a Call Center Representative to their team. This role is the first point of contact between patients and providers.
This is an on-site, in-person position.
Responsibilities
- Respond to incoming calls while always providing outstanding customer service.
- Answer patient questions and provide information regarding office hours, procedures, and directions.
- Schedule appointments and provide follow-up calls.
- Collect documents to fax and scan
Qualifications
- Strong commitment to providing excellent patient care and support.
- Manage multiple calls and perform tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with call center software, EHR (Athena preferred) and basic computer skills.
- Basic understanding of medical terminology and healthcare procedures.
