The Role and What You’ll Do:

TKO is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Accountant, TKO Corporate, to join our team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to both recurring and ad-hoc accounting and financial reporting activities, while playing a key role in promoting operational excellence and financial transparency across the organization.

As a member of the Corporate Accounting team, you will collaborate cross-functionally with various stakeholders, including Technical Accounting, Financial Reporting, Compliance, Tax, Legal, FP&A, Internal Audit, and IT. You will also work closely with the Director of Corporate Accounting and be exposed to senior management across various workstreams.

  • Perform several corporate accounting functions including TKO consolidation and general ledger accounting. 
  • Manage recharge processes across TKO and its subsidiaries.
  • Strengthen corporate and global accounting processes as transaction processing becomes more centralized.
  • Serve as a key contributor to TKO’s accounting system transformation, including responsibility for companywide master data and related integration activities.
  • Assist with accounting activities related to Transition Services Agreements (TSA), investments, and other areas.
  • Participate in the preparation of supporting schedules for various financial reporting disclosures
  • Review cash flow forecasts prepared by business units and support the Treasury function related to the cash management process.
  • Perform quarterly credit compliance calculations and reporting.
  • Support internal and external audit processes, including substantive and controls-based testing.
  • Identify and implement opportunities for automation, standardization, and process improvement across finance functions.

You Have These:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA is a plus.
  • 3–6 years of progressive experience in accounting, reporting, controllership or audit roles, preferably within a public company or public accounting firm.
  • Strong understanding of US GAAP; experience with consolidation and operational accounting preferred.
  • Familiarity with SOX 404 compliance and internal control design and execution.
  • Prior exposure to the sports, entertainment, or related industries is a plus.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of ownership and accountability.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with SAP S/4 HANA, JD Edwards, NetSuite and Hubble is a plus.
