Job Setting Skill in CNC Vertical Milling / 5 Axis Milling Machines
· Skill required for Setting and prove the part in CNC Vertical Milling / 5 Axis Milling Machines
· Knowledge on Cutting tools for varies Aerospace Raw materials
· Knowledge on work holding devices & fixturing
· Skill set required to handle the measuring instruments
· Machining drawing interpretation skill
· Knowledge on GD & T parameters
. Knowledge about AS9100
· Technical Problem Solving / Trouble Shooting
· Basic knowledge on CNC programming
· Rejection control and root cause analysis
Responsibility requirements
· Self-audit for 6S Maintaining for the CELL / M/c group
· Updation of daily checklist for the machine.
· Responsible for daily output
· Preplanning for upcoming Settings
· Responsible for updating of Actuals through setting data Sheet/BOM.
· Responsible for On the Training for New Joiners / Trainees.
· Working along with Engineering to prove the First Bulk or FAI parts
Work Experience
DME - Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
3 to 4 Years Job Setting Experience in Vertical Milling machines / 5 Axis Milling machines
Deep knowledge & Complete understanding of GD&T (Geometrical Dimensioning and Tolerancing)
