Job details
To support the regional planning function by managing and maintaining accurate daily & monthly MIS data & enabling data-driven decision-making.
The role involves collating, analyzing, and presenting data related to supply chain planning, order releasing pattern, inventory, vendor order delivery performance tracking.

Expected Outcome
1. Daily MIS Reporting & Planning Support
- Prepare and circulate daily MIS reports with accuracy and timeliness.
- Maintain a centralized planning and performance database for the West region.
- Coordinate for adherence of due date alignment with relevant stakeholders.
- Ensure timely allocation of critical inputs such as metal, stone and findings.
- Provide support in resolving planning-related queries by collaborating with cross-functional teams.
2. Delivery Planning & Fulfilment Alignment
- Assist in planning and monitoring vendor capacity utilization to meet delivery targets.
- Track and review order alignment to ensure 100% on-time delivery.
- Identify and resolve issues affecting order execution and alignment in a timely manner.
3. Vendor Performance Management
- Prepare and analyse vendor performance MIS to identify improvement areas.
- Drive initiatives to reduce lead time and minimize inventory holding days.
- Monitor and enhance vendor adherence to DDP schedules.
- Support quarterly vendor performance reviews by presenting data-backed insights.
