Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Marketing Manager to join our team at Titan. As the Retail Marketing Manager for Zoya, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to drive sales and increase brand awareness for our luxury jewellery brand. This is a full-time, regular position based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute marketing plans and strategies for Zoya, in line with the company's overall objectives and goals

- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities and trends in the luxury jewellery industry

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and implement effective marketing campaigns and promotions

- Manage the marketing budget and ensure all activities are within budget and aligned with the company's financial goals

- Monitor and analyze sales data to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make necessary adjustments

- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including media partners, influencers, and industry professionals

- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential risks and opportunities for Zoya

- Plan and execute events and activations to promote the Zoya brand and products

- Oversee the visual merchandising and store displays for Zoya retail locations

- Manage a team of marketing professionals and provide guidance and support to ensure their success

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the luxury retail industry

- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns

- Strong understanding of market research and analysis techniques

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

- Strong leadership and team management skills

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and marketing software/tools

- Willingness to travel as needed

Additional Parameters:

- Passion for luxury jewellery and the ability to understand and communicate the brand's values and aesthetic

- Knowledge of the local market in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India

- Experience in retail marketing and visual merchandising is a plus
