• Relevant ExperienceStrong knowledge of gemstones, grading standards.
• Proven experience in Gemstone sourcing (minimum 8–10 years preferred).

• Deep understanding of gemstone markets (Jaipur, Bangkok, Colombo, Hong Kong, Africa).
• Strategic thinking with commercial acumen and integrity.
