Job Requirements

1)         Responsible for New Projects Planning & execution, engaging with Architects, Consultants, Design approvals, Layout executions/modifications, Project Charter adherence, Payment certifications, Project closure etc… 

2)         Knowledge about Capex Budgeting, Procurement Planning, Processing & Asset management. 

3)         Vendors evaluation, Technical validation of Materials, Optimization of Project Costings, Project Lead time reduction strategies etc… 

4)         Knowledge about Utility Systems like HT & LT Power System Switchgears, Control Panels, DG Sets, Air Compressors, HVAC Systems, Gas Generators, Lighting, Fire Alarms, Networks System, Telephone etc…

5)         Knowledge about Interior / Exterior of Buildings, Production Process, Products, Life Cycle Assessments.

6)         Willing to travel across India, staying at project sites till completion of projects & handover.

Language proficiency with Tamil, English, Hindi is highly preferred.

·       Co-ordinate with Stakeholders, preparation of project specific budget, approvals with SMT. 

·       Material Costings, Bill of Materials, Vendors validations, Projects Charter development.

·       Preparation of EOI, RFP, RFQ & E-Bidding documents for the planned deliverable to stakeholders.

·       Developing Project Cost Control Strategies to optimize the project expectations, achievements, milestone payments etc…

·       Establishing the SOP (Safe Operating Procedures), Site/Project specific Work instructions, Work Permits etc…

·       Project Risk evaluation, mitigation plan for the risk anticipated and contingency plans.

·       Site preparations, execution of works, integrating the vendors for multi-tasking activities at site.

·       Coordination with internal stakeholders like Purchase, Finance, Admin, HR, Safety Teams.

·       Coordination with Consultants, Architects, Competent Persons, Contractors to enhance the world class outcome of the projects. 

·       Materials validations w.r.t. environmental sustainability aspects & impacts while disposal of same with approved methodology.

·       Complying with relevant Legal & Statutory requirements for engagement of People, Product, Process. 

·       All the products / materials authentications, warranty terms, claims, penalty clause considerations.

·       Adhering to ISO:9001/14001/18001/45001 requirements.

·       Well versed with National Building Code regulations and adherence.

·       TPM Best practices, Kaizen improvements etc…

·       Reward & Recognitions for the exemplary works executed by internal & external team.

·       Capability to design the CAD Layout for Utilities like Electrical, Plumbing, Gas Lines, Machinery, Office Interiors and Exteriors etc…

·       Arrival of AMC Service requirements, Spares, Cost of economies. 

·       MIS management by Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly updates with HoD, MRM, Stakeholders for periodical review. 

·       Visiting Exhibitions, Seminars, Webinars, Technical Training Programs to upgrade the Skill & Knowledge to enhance the best-in-class project performances.

·       Training provision to stakeholders about the project features, Operation & Maintenance etc…

Soft Skill Set:

·       Project Management Program (PMP) Certification is preferred.

·       Expertise in MS Office, MS Projects, Auto CADD, Architectural CAD etc…

Bachelor of Engineering / Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, Architecture.

Experience - 5 to 15 years
