Job Requirements
Responsible for implementing / maintaining ERP system - SAP Applications
JOB PROFILE:
- Interacting with Business Functions to understand business requirements to enable configuration and enhancement of functionalities
- Mapping “As Is” and Designing “To Be” Business Processes
- Prepare Functional Specification and interact with Technical Team to enable them to prepare Technical Specification
- To be team member in IT Projects and Key initiatives
- Prepare Test Plans and Test what has been configured or developed
- Explore IT Tools and leverage their functionalities for improving business processes
KEY DELIVERABLES:
- Execute IT projects and Maintain Existing Applications and provide support to existing IT initiatives and projects within defined Timelines, Cost and Quality parameters.
- Delivering IT Key initiatives / Projects as per plan.
- Keep abreast with latest IT mechanisms and tools to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of business processes.
Work Experience
- Facilitate the implementation and support of SAP PP
- Perrform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions; identify, interpret, validate and document customer requirements.
- Facilitate workshops to collect business requirements.
- Map client business requirements, processes and objectives; develops necessary product modifications to satisfy clients' needs.
- Design, customize, configure and testing of PP
- Identify gaps, issues and work around solutions.
- Document functional designs, test cases and results.
- Proactively identify and propose business process and/or system enhancements
- Act as a liaison between the business functions and the technical team. Provide ad-hoc training and user support as required
- Work self-directed and independently; may act as subject matter mentor to more junior members
