Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Functional Consultant-COTS to join our team at Titan. As a Functional Consultant, you will be responsible for implementing and customizing COTS software solutions for our clients in the retail industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and provide functional expertise in COTS software solutions
- Analyze and document business processes and translate them into functional specifications for software customization
- Configure and customize COTS software to meet client's specific needs
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including developers, testers, and project managers to ensure timely delivery of projects
- Provide training and support to clients on the implemented COTS software
- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in COTS software and provide recommendations for improvement
- Travel to client locations for project assignments as needed
Requirements:

- BE / B Tech with Computer Science as specialization
- Minimum 5 years working experience in RPA Tools.
- 0-3 years of experience in Python development, with a focus on building and integrating applications.
- Experience working with REST APIs and integrating third-party services.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Technology (VB, .NET, Windows, IE, SQL Server and Web services).
- Familiarity with OpenAI and/or Gemini SDKs; practical experience will be considered a significant advantage
- Proficiency in Python and experience with data analysis using libraries such as Pandas.
- Advanced Certification in the RPA
- Process reengineering skills.
- Expertise on the PDD & TDD creation in Automation Space.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good logical, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Someone who takes accountability and is self-driven.
- Strong operation and process orientation and independent thinking capability.
