Hydraulic Press:1. Good Knowledge on hydraulic press working principle2.Hands on Experience on Troubleshooting of Hydaulic press related problems3. Can able to read and understand the hydraulic circuit and design basic level hydraulic circuit4. should have knowledge different types of hydraulic valves and purpose5.Should Hands on Experience on hydraulic valves and cylinders reconditioning6. Should have knowledge of different types of Hydraulic pumpsCNC machines:1.Having Good knowledge on how CNC machine working principle2. Having hands on Experience carried out CNC geometrical test 3.Having good knowledge and hands experience CNC dual spindle /single spindle 5 axis machine trouble shooting. Having good knowledge on Ball screw replacement, Spindle Rebuild, Slide bearings replacement, Belt replacement, ATC working functions and troubleshooting4.Having knowledge and hands on experience CNC Lubrications system working principle and importance5.Having good knowledge and hands on Fanuc systems, PMC, CNC parameters and troubleshooting6.Having Knowledge of CNC Machine preventive /Time based/ Breakdown maintenance General mechanical maintenance experience1. Should have good knowledge on difference type of gear box transmissions and purpose2. Should have hands on experience of different types of conveying system3.Should have good experience on vacuum pump, centrifugal pump different types4. Should have knowledge on different types of pipe and flanges and material wise , Pipe fittings, can able to differentiate pipe fittings with different standard5. Should have good knowledge on fasteners both metric ,BSW and UNC, grade, torque requirement6.should have good Engineering Drawing knowledge, can be able to read and make Robust new design with deep understanding of requirement7. Should have good Knowledge in Pneumatics and hydraulics

  5. Exposure on TPM ,SMED, Problem solving tools
  6. Good Knowledge in MS-office. 
  7. Urge to update knowledge on the latest technologies available.
