Job DetailsJob Location: Franklin TN - Franklin, TN 37067Position Type: Full TimeSalary Range: $90,000.00 - $100,000.00 SalaryJob Summary:  The Corporate Human Resources Manager manages, develops, implements, and coordinates the Human Resources functions in tandem with the Director of HR for the Titan specialty division. These responsibilities include assisting in developing and implementing HR strategies, managing employee relations, ensuring compliance with labor laws, enforcing policies and procedures, and HR administrative tasks including payroll and audit compliance, and fostering a positive workplace culture. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, mid-level experience with HR, and the ability and desire to work in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment. Essential Functions: Assists with oversight of HR function for corporate teams, and other locations as necessary. Assists in developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy, including collaboration with multiple leadership teams to provide strategic input on HR-related issues. Responsible for corporate talent acquisition program, including candidate sourcing, interviewing, selection, and onboarding programs, ensuring that all staffing level goals are met.  Assists in change management processes including finding ways to streamline existing processes, suggesting changes as appropriate, and ensures organized follow through to assist in reinforcement. Assists with payroll as needed, ensuring timecard accuracy, legal compliance, and on-time submissions; including answering questions as needed for employees. Assists in employee relations activities, including training, conflict resolution, disciplinary action, and performance management. Fosters a positive and inclusive workplace culture that promotes employee engagement, development, and retention.  Provides counseling to front line leadership to assist in removing obstacles and barriers to success. Stays abreast of HR compliance and ensures HR programs and policies align with compliance requirements for federal, state, and local laws. Performs other duties as assigned. QualificationsRequired Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; or equivalent experience required. SHRM or HRCI certification is a plus Minimum of 5+ years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role. Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. Proficiency in HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite.  Experience with Paycom is a plus. Leadership Capabilities and Cultural Fit: Unquestionable integrity, ethics, and judgment.  The courage and ability to take a strong position when required for the good of the Company.    Excellent communication and influencing skills.  The ability to be collaborative and drive progress and the ability to translate complex issues in terms readily understandable to a broad audience. Provides guidance and coaching to leadership at levels on behavioral and business-related issues. Highly intelligent and analytical, possessing the intellectual curiosity to probe and understand how the dimensions within their area of responsibility work and influence the broader business.   A natural leader comfortable speaking to large groups. Results-oriented approach to decision-making.  Proven ability to quickly assimilate and have an impact. Self-awareness and the natural ability to build trust and confidence with plant leadership, his or her peer group, and the executive leadership team. Strong interpersonal skills. An ability to positively engage with people at all levels of the organization. He or she will embrace a philosophy of transparency, healthy debate and accountability; and will work to weave them into the organization’s employee engagement culture.
