This role requires a balance of logistical, administrative, and people management skills, along with a strong understanding of fleet maintenance, operations, and compliance.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;">Salaried junior level operations team member, supporting the operations managers and senior operations managers in Michigan. Valid driver's license required and able to meet company driving requirements. This team member would have a set schedule during the weekdays and office hours, but may be on call for specific needs or emergencies. </span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;">Job duties:</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;"><strong>WinTeam</strong></span></p>
<ul>
<li style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;"><span style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;">Audit schedules to ensure they are updated frequently; looking for open posts, terminated employees still in the schedules, and auditing for accuracy. </span></li>
<li style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;"><span style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;">Audit who is and isn't punching in and out, and providing those employees with training to do so correctly. </span></li>
<li style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;"><span style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;">Assist with end of week payroll as needed as well as auditing payroll for accuracy in regards to worked shifts and correct amount of hours worked. </span></li>
<li style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;"><span style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;">Regularly connect with site supervisors to update WT schedules.</span></li>
</ul>
<p><span style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;"> <strong>TeamTime</strong></span></p>
<ul>
<li style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;"><span style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;">Assist new hires with TeamTime app download and training.</span></li>
<li style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;"><span style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;">Assist incumbent staff with adopting and using TeamTime.</span></li>
</ul>
<p><span style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;"> <strong>Vehicles & Fleet</strong></span></p>
<ul>
<li style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;"><span style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;">Assist with vehicle maintenance, oil changes, headlights, fueling, etc.</span></li>
<li style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;"><span style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;">Assist with vehicle deliveries and taking vehicle to/from the shop. </span></li>
<li style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;"><span style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;">Takes on the role as a driver safety trainer to ensure all Officers are up to date and the training as well as having up to date DL records. </span></li>
</ul>
<p><span style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;"> <strong>Site Specific</strong></span></p>
<ul>
<li style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;"><span style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;">Cover open posts as needed.</span></li>
<li style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;"><span style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;">Assist with auditing sites with repeat issues from road supervisors.</span></li>
<li style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;"><span style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;">Take over the site supervisor role for sites that need temporary assistance while site supervisors are on vacation or due to turnover. </span></li>
<li style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;"><span style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;">Assist with uniform deliveries. </span></li>
</ul>
<p><span style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;"><strong>Guard Tour System Software</strong></span></p>
<ul>
<li style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;"><span style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;">Monitor guard tour system reports.</span></li>
<li style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;"><span style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;">Assist with guard tour system installation and setups for new job startups.</span></li>
<li style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;"><span style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;">Ability to navigate, configure, and manage Guard Tour System software platforms (e.g., cloud-based or desktop applications).</span></li>
<li style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;"><span style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;">Familiarity with configuring system settings, adding or modifying checkpoints, and customizing patrol routes according to operational needs.</span></li>
<li style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;"><span style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;">Mobile Device Management: Proficiency with mobile devices (smartphones, tablets) that guards may use to scan checkpoints or report incidents, including troubleshooting common issues.</span></li>
</ul>
<p><span style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;"> <strong>Operations</strong></span></p>
<ul>
<li style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;"><span style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;">Help with new account start ups.</span></li>
<li style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;"><span style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;">Assist with high profile sites, extra coverage and other needs.</span></li>

<p><span style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;"><strong>Qualifications/Benefits:</strong></span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;"><strong>Education and/or Experience: </strong>High School diploma or general education degree (GED) and 2 years prior satisfactory employment as a security officer or in a customer service position. Experience in a heavy volume call center is preferred. </span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;"><strong>Computer Skills:</strong> Proficiency with Microsoft Office software, scheduling software a plus, and Guardtour Systems.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;"><strong>Language Skills:</strong> Must have the ability to read, write, speak, and understand English. Bilingual considered a plus. </span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;"><strong>Technological Skills:</strong> Guard Tour System Software Proficiency, Technical Troubleshooting and Support, Hardware Knowledge.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;"><strong>Other Qualifications: </strong>Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities. Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check. Ability to manage time effectively, establish workflow priorities and work independently with high attention to detail. Ability to start, cultivate and maintain strong relations and work in a team environment. Prior employment history demonstrating the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-intensity environment while managing multiple tasks and priorities, and producing accurate results in a highly organized manner.
