VMware | KVM | Automation

We are looking for an experienced IT specialist to take ownership of our virtual infrastructure, built on VMware and KVM technologies. This role is at the heart of our platform operations, with a strong focus on stability, security, automation, and continuous improvement.

If you enjoy working close to the infrastructure, automating repetitive tasks, and keeping complex environments running smoothly, this role is for you.

🚀 What you will be responsible for:

• Operate and maintain VMware (vSphere / ESXi) and KVM-based environments

• Monitor performance, capacity, and availability

• Handle incidents, perform root-cause analysis, and troubleshoot complex issues

• Ensure high availability, reliable backups, and disaster recovery readiness

• Plan and execute hypervisor and firmware patching

• Coordinate maintenance while minimizing service impact

• Maintain compliance with security and operational standards

🧠 What You Bring:

• Hands-on experience with VMware vSphere / ESXi / vCenter

• Experience with KVM is a strong plus (RHEL, oVirt, Proxmox, OpenStack, libvirt)

• Solid knowledge of Linux and Windows Server

• Experience with patching, upgrades, and troubleshooting in production environments

• Understanding of virtual networking and storage

• Scripting or automation skills (PowerShell, Bash, APIs)
