Job Duties and Responsibilities
Customer & Workplace Support
Partner with internal teams and external vendors to coordinate meeting, event, and workplace service requests (Workplace Solutions, Facilities Operations, Event Planning, Security, Catering, etc.).
Use systems such as weThrive, Outlook, and CAFM to manage requests, maintain room information, and provide timely updates.
Deliver strong customer service and maintain positive working relationships with key stakeholders.
Perform meeting, training, and event room setups and teardowns.
Reset restricted and specialty spaces to standard configurations.
Ensure rooms meet quality, safety, and readiness standards.
Install, adjust, repair, and maintain office and system furniture.
Coordinate and occasionally oversee external furniture installers or moving crews.
Conduct warranty assessments and support claims.
Document as-built layouts and update AutoCAD/FM Systems.
Assist with equipment and furniture validation walk‑throughs.
Perform light preventive maintenance on workplace equipment (e.g., bottle filler filters, Bevi/coffee machines, clock resets).
Complete minor non‑mechanical repairs to support safe and functional spaces.
Assist Operations by handling tasks that free mechanics to focus on building systems.
Order and maintain inventory of supplies and small parts for scheduled maintenance.
Keep storage rooms and equipment areas organized.
Follow all safety protocols and complete work professionally and neatly.
Support cross-functional initiatives, facility projects, and workplace programs.
Assist with office moves, ergonomics tasks, and broader workplace services as needed.
Required Job Qualifications
3 years of experience in Workplace and Meeting Services within a Corporate Facilities setting.
Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment while demonstrating professionalism, poise, and sound judgment.
Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to evolving workplace needs.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Teams, Outlook. Familiarity with FM Systems, AutoCAD, Cricut, or ability to learn quickly.
