Job Summary: The Customer Service Rep is responsible for completing all the day to day tracking and tracing of Brokerage loads. The primary focus of the customer service rep is working together with Carrier Procurement and Sales to monitor on-time service and communicate problems while maintaining a high level of Customer Service.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Monitoring all pickups and deliveries of Brokerage loads
Update, times and location in TMW
Communicate all potential service issues to Sales and Procurement
Respond to email
Provide prompt and professional response to client’s requests for additional information through written and verbal communication
Work closely with operations team to monitoring loads
Maintain a thirst for growth and challenge that will result in career growth and advancement
Act as the right hand of Keller to our customers and Carriers
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Needed:
Excellent organization and planning skills that accommodate the client’s needs
HS diploma, College degree preferred
Strong data integrity skills
Problem solving skills
Proven results in building relationships with carriers
Ability to manage processes
Effective communicator, with strong oral and written skills
