DEINE AUFGABEN:
- Ursachenanalyse von Ausfallteilen
- Monitoring der Fertigungslinien
- Reklamationsbearbeitung bei fertigungsspezifischen Themen
- Eigenständige Optimierung der Qualitätskosten durch Implementierung von Optimierungsmaßnahmen
- Zusammenarbeit im Änderungsmanagement
DEIN PROFIL:
- Technische Ausbildung mit Weiterbildung zum Techniker oder ein abgeschlossenes Studium (Dipl.-Ing/Bachelor/Master) Fachrichtung Maschinenbau/Elektrotechnik/Wirtschaftsingenieurswesen
oder vergleichbarer Studiengang - Weiterbildung zum QMF/QMB
- Sicherer Umgang mit Q Core Tools, CAQ und ERP Systemen
- Erfahrung im Qualitätswesen Automotive
- ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit sowie Durchsetzungsstärke

Thomas Group is the world’s largest independent supplier of tinplate and aluminum components for the aerosol, pharmaceutical and cosmetic industry. We employ 500 people worldwide, more than 140 in Germany alone. We produce stamped and deep drawn parts on progressive tools and transfer presses in Germany, the USA, Spain, China and Argentina. The finishing of aluminum surfaces of our components is done by anodizing. We continue investing in our plants and based on the support of our Technology Center in Langenselbold, we are able to respond to customer needs individually by manufacturing prototypes.
What you'll do
- The Quality Engineer will analyze the causes of defective parts, monitor production lines, and handle complaints related to manufacturing issues. They will also independently optimize quality costs through the implementation of improvement measures and collaborate in change management.
