Pay Range: $47,000 - $65,000
Job Summary:
The Global Shared Trade Program Manager is a full-time position responsible for providing project management and operational support, under the guidance of the Global Shared Trade Director. The manager will ensure best practices in community building, international development, and small business development programming to support the goals of the Global Shared Trade Program and Thistle Farms. They will also ensure program quality and alignment with Thistle Farms values and principles in preparation through implementation.

Duties/Responsibilities:
Steward relationships with all Shared Trade Partners.
Ensure effective program quality, accountability, planning, timely implementation, and management.
Manage programs offered to Shared Trade Partners that increase scale, sustainability, and promote their success.
Manage monitoring and evaluation of programs.
Coordinate programming curriculum and what deliverables are needed for an annual communication plan
Oversee the Shared Trade program calendar and plan, schedule, and host virtual events for program launches.
Research and identify external resources, tools, and expertise to support Shared Trade partners’ business development needs and questions.
Develop and manage a network of volunteer mentors to support Shared Trade partners, including recruitment, program coordination, and ongoing relationship management.
Work with the Shared Trade Director to steward program funds and budget monthly.
Work with the Shared Trade Director and retail team to onboard potential new partners.
Work with the retail team through product development processes in partner relationships and connection to needed resources.
Schedule and coordinate partner site visits, with designated team members.
Liaison with the Development Team for incoming grant and funding opportunities, and with the Marketing Team for program support.
Develop new programming that is in alignment with Shared Trade and Thistle Farms mission
Responsible for driving and meeting annual goals for program success.
QualificationsRequired Skills/Qualifications:
Demonstrated strong interpersonal skills in a cross-cultural context.
Excellent time-management, communication, and organizational skills
Proficient in general computer and communication software, including Microsoft Office, Canva, JotForm, Zoom, and WhatsApp, or willingness to learn.
Strong attention to detail.
Strong business acumen.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines at the same time.
Travel is required, as is a valid passport.
Preferred Skills (Not Required)
High level of fluency with written and spoken Spanish, French, Hindi or Arabic.
Bachelor's degree and 1-2 years of experience in business, Social Entrepreneurship, Nonprofit Management, International Development, or related field, or entrepreneurial experience.
Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
