This role is ideal for someone who thrives in B2B SaaS performance marketing and wants to take ownership of global, multi-channel acquisition programs.</p> <p>Success in this role will require experience with performance marketing strategies that go beyond traditional lead generation—focusing instead on reaching high-value accounts with tailored, data-informed approaches. Campaigns should be designed to engage decision-makers within Mid-Market organizations through personalized, one-to-one tactics that align with complex buying cycles and longer consideration paths.</p> <p><span style="color: rgb(29, 129, 187);"><strong>Location:</strong></span><strong> </strong>Remote - <em>Must align with time zones across Americas, Europe, and Asia</em></p> <p><span style="color: rgb(29, 129, 187);"><strong>What You Bring to the Team:</strong></span></p> <ul> <li>Plan, launch, and optimize global paid media campaigns across Google Search, LinkedIn Ads, Meta, and review platforms like Capterra and Hotel Tech Report.<br><br></li> <li>Build and execute ABM-style campaigns using target account lists from Salesforce to reach key accounts<br><br></li> <li>Own budget pacing and performance across channels with focus on efficient pipeline generation, <br><br></li> <li>Manage and collaborate with external consultants and agency partners across global regions to support and scale demand generation initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategy, budget, and performance KPIs.<br><br></li> <li>Collaborate closely with regional sales leaders to deliver insights and align paid media strategy with revenue goals.<br><br></li> <li>Partner weekly with the Content, SEO, and CRO teams to support organic traffic growth and conversion optimization across the website.<br><br></li> <li>Experiment with non-traditional demand generation tactics, including LinkedIn thought leadership, Slack communities, influencer marketing tests, and new emerging channels.<br><br></li> <li>Implement and maintain accurate tracking via Google Tag Manager (GTM) and Google Analytics 4 (GA4).<br><br></li> <li>Work cross-functionally to improve lead routing and conversion, ideally with tools like Chili Piper, Qualified, or LeanData.</li> </ul> <p><span style="color: rgb(29, 129, 187);"><strong>What Sets You Up for Success:</strong></span></p> <ul> <li>Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns in a B2B SaaS environment.<br><br></li> <li>Strong track record managing budgets and performance across Google Search and LinkedIn Ads.<br><br></li> <li>Familiarity with channels like Meta Ads, Capterra, Hotel Tech Report, or niche comparison platforms.<br><br></li> <li>Proven track record in capturing B2B audiences in <strong>mid-market or enterprise segments</strong>, with an Account-Based Marketing (ABM) mindset to design and execute multi-touch campaigns across multiple channels</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Intermediate to advanced experience with Salesforce CRM and Account Engagement (Pardot).<br><br></li> <li>Proficient in Google Tag Manager and GA4 for campaign tracking and web analytics.<br><br></li> <li>Strong command of Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis and performance reporting. <br><br></li> <li>Working knowledge of Looker Studio, Tableau, Sigma or similar BI tools (basic level acceptable).<br><br></li> <li>Bonus: experience with lead routing tools like Chili Piper, Qualified, or LeanData.<br><br></li> <li>Experience with Zapier for creating and managing workflows and automations across platforms is a plus.<br><br></li> <li>Excellent communication and collaboration skills, especially in cross-functional environments.<br><br></li> <li>Fluent in English (Spanish is a plus, but not required).<br><br></li> <li>Creative, analytical mindset with a passion for testing new demand strategies beyond traditional campaign tactics.</li> </ul> <p>#LI-IK1</p><div class="content-conclusion"><h4><strong><span style="color: #1d81bb;">What to Expect - Your Journey with Us&nbsp;</span></strong></h4> <p>Behind Cloudbeds' revolutionary technology is a team of redefining what's possible in hospitality.
